We prepare each of our dishes with 100% natural fresh products, changing the menu throughout the year to offer a unique and customized gastronomic experience with the best seasonal products.
Reimagining our rich and varied traditional cuisine we apply a personal and contemporary touch to all our dishes finding the balance and quality that each ingredient deserves.
Our usual tasting menu includes appetizers, a starter dish, a fish main course, a meat main course, and dessert. Drink, bread, and coffee are also included.
Some examples of our dishes may be
· Vegetables trilogy with artichoke and fresh confit cod.
· Baked aubergine timbale, valencia’s tomato, griddled goat cheese and dressing with fresh basil.
· Small bags of cold Requena meat baked with various seasonal mushrooms and rosemary oil.
· Ibérico pork cheek with caramelized onion, potato truffled parmentier and bobal wine reduction.
· Crêpe stuffed of duck confit with roasted apple cream and Oporto caramel.
· Vegan moussaka with lentils, tomato, courgette, aubergine and coconut velouté with ginger.

We offer options suitable for celiacs, those allergic to lactose etc. and we adapt our menu so you can also enjoy the gastronomy of our restaurant with meat-free diets such as vegan, ovo-dairy, vegetarian, etc. We will only need a notification prior two days.
